VERDE SOPOT
In 2018, we acquired land in upper Sopot at March 23 Street and we prepared it for the investment, which due to its unique location – right next to the forest – we called VERDE – Green Sopot
We have developed two completely different, but both interesting building concepts
The first one is a modernist block with large glazing, charming balconies and a richly decorated façade. The upper floors are clearly marked by cutting out the block, colors and rounded edges

The second concept assumed a cascading building with large terraces and a lot of greenery in the form of trees and shrubs located on these terraces. The building perfectly fits into the existing buildings of the estate and the greenery of the nearby forest. And it is the latter concept that is being developed by another development company, and probably in the near future a beautiful place to live in harmony with the city and nature will be created here
